Excellent value for money. Great walkable location with amazing views of town and the morning balloons. Seifullah can't do enough to help and Sultan took great care of us too. Excellent staff that helped make our stay memorable.

The room was large so we had plenty of space to move around. The rooftop terrace was excellent so had an fantastic view to watch the hot air balloons go up early in the morning. Breakfast was good as well. Location was close and easy to walk to the main streets of Goreme.

Mi sono trovata benissimo. Accoglienza meravigliosa del titolare Fatih e dei ragazzi Sejfo e Ismet. Anche le donne della colazione che ho incontrato erano super gentili. Camera stupenda, tipologia cave & Stone. Terrazza spettacolare per poter vedere panorama e partenza mongolfiere. Che dire....spero di tornarci presto ❤️

biz çift olarak haftasonu icin gittik. oda güzel ve temizdi, çalışanlar ilgili ve samimi. kaldığımız gecenin sabahındaki yoğun kar yağışına ve soğuğa rağmen oda da çok sıcaktı. kahvaltı yeterli. pişman olacağınızı sanmıyorum. tavsiye ederim.

Öncelikle terastan balonları izleyebilme imkanının olması takdir edilesiydi. Negatif özelliklerini sıralarsak; oda hijyeni ve havalandırması yetersizdi, havuzlu odada konakladık, havuzu da pek hijyenik değildi ve suyu çok soğuk olması nedeniyle pek kullanamadık ve keyif alamadık, televizyonun kumandasını dahi bulamadık, lavaboda çıkartılmış lens vardı.

Complessivamente buono ma la pulizia scarsa

Staff, dal proprietario al facchino al portiere sempre pronti ad aiutarti, persone uniche. Senza entrare nei particolari (sarebbe ancora più devastante) la pulizia è una grossa pecca, lavorateci sopra perché l'hotel merita.

İki gün kaldığımız otel beklentilerimiz karşıladı. Otelin iç dizaynı ve odalarda ki şartlar gayet iyi. Otel sahibi Süleyman bey ve oğlu Mehmet bey bir arkadaş gibi her konuda, ayrıca aktiviteler konusunda oldukça yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı iyi fakat geliştirilebilir. Ayrıca kahvaltı sırasında düşük sesle müzik yayını yapılabilir. zira sessizlikte yan masalardaki yüksek sesli konuşmalara ve çatal bıçak seslerine direk maruz kalmak çok hoş olmuyor. genel olarak herkese tavsiye edebileceğim oturmuş bir oteldir.

Konumu çok güzeldi. otele giriş yaptığımız anda görmemiz gereken yerler için bilgilendirildik hatta kaç gün kalacaksak planda bile yardımcı oldular. göremeye gideceksem taş evde kalmak istemiştim burası tam istediğim gibiydi. samimi bir ortam vardı. istediklerimize kendi eviniz gibi rahat edin cevabı aldım. tavsiye ederim.

Mehmet bey çok yardımsever bir insan tek başıma olmama rağmen hiç sıkıntı çekmedim. Konum olarak otel mükemmel gittiğimde tekrar kalacağım kesin . Otelin içinde tarihi yaşamak aksesuarları, dizaynı ... Tam bana göre idi . Kahvaltı da gayet yeterli ve temiz :)

Excellent staff!

We arrived around 8:00 am so our room was not ready yet. While our room was getting ready, Tarik from the staff helped us find a better hot air balloon choice at a better price and invited us to have breakfast while we waited. He always had a very welcoming attitude, great sense of humor and recommended great places to eat. The hotel is very near the bus station downtown (walking distance 5 to 10 min) and Pidgeon Valley is walking distance from the hotel too! I definitely recommend and would go back to this hotel!
