Property manager was very supportive and helpful when we landed early morning and had to do early check-in. Excellent customer service. Morning breakfast at the suites was also a healthy spread.

The staff was completely disinterested and didn’t bother cleaning the rooms even while we were away all day. The breakfast was average, but the area around has some decent restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It’s just as well we spent 2 days and were away on tours all day.

Excellent Stay!!
It's a fantastic place to stay. Everything was nice and clean, with updated bathrooms and showers. The cave-style hotel was perfect. If you want something different with a great experience, stay here. You won't regret it. The service was excellent.

Pinhan otel
İletişim ve müşteri odaklılık güzel, adını öğrenemediğimiz yardımcı abimiz çok nazik teşekkür ediyoruz. Genel olarak 4 yıldız vermemizin sebebi, mağara oda olması dolayısıyla tavandan düşen topraklar ve biraz havalandırma sorunu. Yatak çevresine cibinlik çok güzel olabilir. Son olarak bizim kaldığımız oda kahvaltı alanının devamında ve yan yana 3 oda var, bu da gürültünün gece gündüz odanın içinde olmasına sebep oluyor. Farklı bir oda olmak koşuluyla yine tercih edilebilir. İyi tatiller :)
