I booked the cave room, although it was well appointed, it didn’t have windows and I had to leave my door open a crack to get air flow, so I could breathe. Staff were nice, breakfast was great and you cant beat the location.

Excellent breakfast! Tuna and staff are attentive and generous with their Turkish breakfast. Location is the best - so easy to access restaurants and places of interest. Everyone is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!

The location of this place is fantastic. I booked it without much thought to location, but after arriving and exploring, you learn that many of the hotels are off the main streets up steep hills. If you plan to get out and walk a lot it's a good place to start. And if you have mobility issues, it avoids those steep walks. The rooms are fun and as pictured. The roof terrace is fantastic, with indoor and outdoor space, bar and restaurant. The breakfast is amazing and a highlight of our stay. All of the staff were great and I would highly recommend doing the lamp making.

The hotel is very well located, and the room was clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However, since all the rooms are on the first floor and the rooftop bar is located directly above them, we slept very poorly every night. We could only fall asleep after the bar closed, which was after midnight. There was a lot of noise from people walking around and chairs being dragged across the floor, and there was no sound insulation at all.

3 kisilik odada kaldık, temizdi. Oda büyüklüğü bizim icin yeterliydi. Kahvaltı yetersizdi bizce, 3 kişi oldugumuz halde 2 kisilik kahvaltı servis edildi sonra da "istediğiniz ürünü yenileyebiliriz" dendi ama peyniri domatesi vs.yi tek tek mi sayacagiz, baştan 3 kisilik hazirlanmasi daha mantıklı olurdu. Onun dışında otelin konumu merkeziydi, o yönden civarı yürüyerek gezmek için de uygundu. Bir de turlar icin yardımcı oluyorlar, biz atv turu onerilerinden yararlandik cok memnun kaldık

Ata on the front desk was really helpful. We enjoyed our stay but our room was a bit cramped, we didn't have a shower curtain, and the restaurant was noisy just the other side of our windows. Parking was a real problem with our rental car. Breakfast was great, location was central and we walked to the Open Air Museum and down Pigeon Valley. Since we l ft early the last morning, staff got us lunch as compensation. We didn't even ask - they just arranged it!

地點非常市中心，屋頂很漂亮，早上起來看熱氣球很美。房間乾淨，冷氣強，櫃檯服務好，不過早餐比較簡單。

Excellant hotel, i checked in at 12am and only had to wait 10 minutes for the reception to get there. Great location, tons of dining options and shops around. Loved that my room connected to the rooftop terrace through the window. The turkish breakfast was free and incredible, such a big portion of bread, fruits, sauces, and an omlette. The staff were incredibly friendly! Only downside was that the hot air balloon got cancelled two days in a row, and the town wasnt entertaining enough for me to extend my stay just to chance the wind weather. Also, literally got picked up at 4am and driven to the field just to wait 20 minutes and then told it was cancelled. Not the hotels fault at all, but do be aware that it may happen!

The front desk is truly helpful - I was able to book the shuttle service with the hotel and then helped booked the Green Tour. The room were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.

Odalar ve otel çok bakımsız, çok kirli, her yer toz içinde. banyoda mecburiyetten duş aldım. banyoda deterjan kullanarak temizlik yaptıklarını sanmıyorum. saydam olan duş kabin camı artık beyaz ve mat. o kadar uzun süre o kadar az temizlenmiş ki, mat cam olmuş. alt kısımları da simsiyah. beyaz tüller geri renkte, tül ve perdeyi yerinden oynattığınızda bir toz bulutu yükseliyor. ama pencereyi de açmak zorundasınız çünkü oda havasız ve kokulu. içeride sigara da içilmiş zaten. odada eşya koyacak yer olmadığı için ufak tefek şeyleri pencere pervazına dizecektik, toz ve cansız sinekler orayı bizden önce almış. kıyafetleri koymak için bir demir çubuğa takılı 6 askı dışında bir yer yok. herşeyiniz valizin içinde, valiz de yerde. çünkü valizi koymak için de bir yer yok. 30x70 cm büyüklükte bir tuvalet masası var. üzerinde su ısıtıcı var ama yakınlarda priz yok. ısıtıcıyı yere koyup kullanabilirsiniz. yerdeki parkeler soyulmuş, kabarmış. merkezi olması dışında iyi denebilecek bir yönü yok. merkezi olması da şöyle bir dezavantaj; çatıdaki roof bar nedeniyle bütün gece yüksek sesli müzik ile uyumak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Expedia'da bu kadar puanı nasıl alabildi anlamadım. personel iyi ve güleryüzlü. bunca olumsuzluk içinde sadece onlar. bu yoklukta iyi idare ediyorlar bence. 5 yıldızlı otel beklentisi ile gelmedik tabii ki ama bu kadar özensiz de olunmamalı. google'daki "temiz" yorumları da çok düşündürücü. NOT: temizlik hastası değilim.
