On the ground floor, you'll find a living/dining room spanning 40 m2, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a TV (flat screen). The room opens onto the garden and a terrace. Also on this level, there is a room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 190 cm) and a shower/WC, as well as an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC.
Upstairs, you'll find an interconnecting room with sloping ceilings. One bedroom has a french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), while another bedroom has 3 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), both with sloping ceilings. There is also a shower and a separate WC on this floor. The house is heated with oil.
