"Maritim is a great place. Good hotel and really good location close to the city centre. One recent change is that they now have wireless phone chargers in the room that is an excellent addition. If there was something that could be improved, I would like some firmer pillows. Not a major complaint, just would be a comfort improvement for me. Either way, I will always stay here when I am in Cologne for business or for pleasure."

"The most professional, kind, welcoming and helpful front desk staff I had over three week stay in Europe. We stayed in several hotels and met many customer service people . No where was as amazing as this hotel’s staff - very helpful, didn’t seem cranky about having to speak in English, and very accommodating."
