Only problem we had was getting a place to have breakfast, the hotel recommends Hotel Aldan but we showed up at 8 in the morning and they did not have breakfast available (there was a group that was having breakfast) but they told us that they didn't have for the 2 of us. Only coffee was available?! Other than that a great stay, but be aware of maybe packing your own food in...

"This was hands down the worse hotel I have ever been at. The soap dispenser had 1/8th inch of soap, there were cracks in the wall, the floor was dirty, the beds crunched when you sat on them and the icing on the cake was when someone tried to get in our room late at night. We barricaded the door after that. We were scheduled to be there for 2 nights but we left after one. Horrible!!!! Learn from my mistake! Run! We asked for our money back for the second night but I know we will never see it....

All eleven rooms were occupied, but you'd never guess because it was so quiet. We had a triple room with a view of town and a huge ferry. Shared bathroom, but we never had to wait to use them. Comfortable bed, good reading light, several outlets available for charging electronics. One of those coffee machines with multiple options was in the kitchen area, and there's a refrigerator to stash some food. They even had a washer/dryer available, but the dryer took a long time. We probably just didn’t know how to set all the function properly. Very happy with our stay here. P.S. Dinner at Kaffi Lara - El Grillo Bar was superb. "
