"The hotel is clean and very close to Shinjuku station - about 4-5 minutes walking. Very convenient for traveling in Tokyo. Staff helped us in many matters. Laundry and drying machines in 4 floors. Breakfast was good with western and Japanese food but can be improved. Rooms are very small. Difficult to move from one side to the other when 2 suitcases are open. If you come 10 minutes before the end of the breakfast, the staff treats you in a very unpleasant way and almost convince you not to eat....

"The place has very good customer service and is located near two different train stations. The only downside is that their bathrooms aren’t very well ventilated and if you get a twin bed room the leg space in the room is a little lacking. Other than that the place is very nice!"

"It was an amazing. The food and early morning breakfast service is excellent. Staff was extremely helpful but more English speaking service attendants would be nice. This hotel is right in the heart of Roppongi. So there are plenty of bars and food to get lost in. The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone coming to party for a bit and have a quick accessible hotel for those LONG party nights. All in all, 10/10"

"Every staff member who helped us from checking in to checking out to sending our suitcases to our next location were extremely kind, professional, and patient. The location itself was comfortable and clean. Compared to other budget friendly hotels, our room at Sotetsu had enough space to fit a stroller, two large suitcases, and two carry-ons with room to spare lol. It was also a few minutes walk away from the Tsukiji Market and the shopping district of Ginza. Highly recommend :)"
