"This was our last stop on a 12 day road trip to every national park in Colorado. For starters, staff members contacted me 2 weeks before the trip explaining that due to construction, our original booking wouldn’t be accessible by the time we arrived. They were super apologetic and did an amazing job explaining our options and helping us get sorted out. We ended up staying on the property but in the suites one night and a cabin with a private hot tub the other two nights. If options on their property weren’t going to work they were willing to call around Estes to find us accommodations but that wasn’t necessary. Both spaces we stayed in were very nice, spacious, and private. The perfect environment after exploring all day. They even allowed a late checkout from the suite and an early check in to the cabin so we could just walk all of our stuff across the parking area instead of toting it around half a day. I appreciate all they did and the property was beautiful even with the construction. We would love to stay again in the future!"
"Great location on the river and not far from the entrance to RMNP. Room was clean and comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed. We loved our stay and look forward to returning in the future!"
"The property is beautiful and close to downtown Estes. Away from the road so hardly any noise of traffic, with Fall River running thru it. Room very well stocked as we were in a two bedroom cabin and cleaned very well. Check-in, is with a kiosk, and a zoomed check in person. Just know to have your ID to scan in and a rep will then provide your key and paperwork to you. Please be aware that language may be difficult to understand but you can get thru this process with patience. We hope to enjoy this location again."
"Bathroom shower area was not very clean. Top ledge of shower in right corner had someone's old soap wrapper and left corner had a huge dust or hairball. Husband took pics of shower to show what he thought was mold and they said it wasn't. Not a 4 star establishment."
"Great staff that suggested an up grade which was a great suggestion, just a first class place. When we go back we will stay long than 1 night. We didn't want to leave."
