「This property is amazing! It is beautiful and secluded but within minutes of Rocky Mountain National Park, Stanley Hotel (The Shining) and downtown Estes. Wildlife is abundant and the river runs right through the property. Our cabin was clean and the kitchen was completely equipped for cooking meals. The deck had a 4 seat patio table with a grill! I will definitely return and recommend to family and friends. The staff was so welcoming and kind! Five Stars for Streamside! 」

「This our second time staying at The Flats and this time don’t disappoint. It’s very close to CSU campus and in a safe area. You have to park on the street (or at Target up the street), but we have never had a problem finding a spot. Easy check-in and great communications with the hosts. We will always try and book one of these places whenever we’re in town.」

「Beautiful and perfect location. I enjoyed not having much wifi (had enough to book timed entry, look at weather, plan a few hikes and meals and check in with family) and my son loved the horses. We saw elk and mule deer right by the cabins and we were only like 4 minutes from Lily lake and Twin Sisters trailhead. 」

「The cabin was cute , very clean and well stocked. The heat worked great and kept us warm and comfortable during the night. However, the bathroom was small and the shower was very awkward. Really only room for one person to sit at the table unless you move it out blocking the back door. 」

「料金に見合ったサービスは無かった。1泊2万円も払ったのにドライヤー、シャンプー、コンディショナーは部屋に設置されていなかった。キャビンがオンボロ。キッチン付きとはいえ食器は古くて欠けているし、カトラリーも安物で使いにくかった。Wi-Fiはすぐに切れてしまう。観光地なので仕方無いのかもしれない。良かった点はオーナーの方がとても親切で感じが良かったこと、隣にスーパーがあること、ロッキーマウンテン国立公園巡りの拠点にするには場所が便利なこと。」

「We had a great time in Estes Park. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this location. We saw deer, elk and even a bear in the yard which our granddaughters thought was so cool. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. 「The property was nice. But if you’re looking for peaceful river setting it’s a no go. Property directly across river plays loud music all day. Takes away from peace & serenity of area. Also, at night the industrial area all around back has lights lit up. Just not the tranquility I thought I was paying for by the river. Property was clean and nice otherwise. Check in/out was easy.」
