Check in was nice, but the room was not that great. The room phone did not work during our entire stay, i had to get help to reset the bathroom lights, one of our rooms did not have a refrigerator nor could we get one. Also on our last full day, we did not get any maid service, we had to call for clean towels. Also they charge $56 per day resort fee. I should not have had any of these problems go unresolved.

too much week smell inside the casino and too much pricy to upgrade the room .. no accessible parking.. and guest services are not customer friendly

The hotel is perfectly fine, decent amenities and a very good breakfast. But the staff - especially at reception - were not very friendly and in the public areas they seemed more interested in cleaning than in the convenience of the guests.

Interesting place with a colorful past. It was originally built as German barracks and concerted only a few years ago. We had a huge room, comfortable beds, and it was quiet.
