「Overall our stay was very comfortable. The towels were clean and fresh and the bed and linens were extremely comfortable and nice. We loved the fresh baked cookies on the first night and wished they were provided daily as a nice touch. Soft drinks in the fridge would have been a nice alternative to only juices. Service in the dining room was excellent but breakfast on day 1 was average, however, day 2 was very good. We truly enjoyed our lunch at Pippin Hill Vineyard next door.」

「This was an awesome find while we were on the road and booking a stay within Virginia Wine Country. The B&B owners were super friendly and were great in providing insight into were to go nearby. 「The baseboard heat in the room was not working, making for a chilly night. The management provided a space heater and that kept the room comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent! And the location is perfect for exploring Staunton. There are rather staff were all very attentive.
There are rather a lot of steps to climb to get from the parking area to the rooms. And the bed, while quite comfortable, was very high making getting in and out challenging for my 88 year old wife.」

「What a magical stay! Location was absolutely perfect - far enough away from downtown Staunton that you can appreciate the beauty of the surrounding nature, but also be close enough to the many shops and restaurants. Bill was a delight to talk to during breakfast, very knowledgeable of the history of the area. Absolutely would recommend for both families and couples. 」
