✨⭐️If you are looking for a vacation getaway w/ water access close to everything fun, you have found the place! ✨🌟our cabin sleeps 6 & sits on a huge lot extending to the Black River/Lake Arbutus! It has ATV/UTV access, with plenty of trailer, friendly parking space to park and ride! 🏕️✨ ONLY 1/2 a mi. From the Riviera Resort & Tiki bar/ boat launch/ and minutes by boat to the Russell Memorial Brach! 🏖️⛱️☀️ This is a great place for a family getaway. ✨ Arbutus . It has ATV/UTV access, & is 1 mi. to the Riviera Resort & Tiki Bar. After a fun filled day on the water you can dock your boat & enjoy a beautifully maintained spacious riverfront to gather around a campfire w/ family & friends.
The space
This adorable open concept cabin is about 1000 square feet w/ 2 bedrooms & half bath. There is front deck off the living space and even has an outdoor shower. The kitchen & bath are fully furnished w/ everything you need and more!

Everything is accessible to you accept the outdoor buildings and personal property near the outbuildings.
Other things to note
The potential for fun is endless, right on the ATV/UTV trail and just up the road from the Tiki Bar & Riviera Supper Club & Pub and Grill! It is split by a road to add privacy with plenty of additional space for trailers so you can unload & Hit the trails!

Quiet, quaint and piecefull

I was looking for something small, affordable, comfortabe and location and was a perfict hit on all fronts. Will i go back again, yes. Will i stay in this unit, most certainally.
