Great location and view of the ocean. Very comfortable mattress and linens. Convenient to have your own washer and dryer. Loved having such a wonderful kitchen to cook in. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the communication with our host was great.

1. The property is modern, spacious and clean. All equipments function properly.2. The country club has access to a very nice beach. The coral reef and seagrass mean that the variety and density of fish exceed trunk bay at US Virgin Islands. 3. The Neighbous and security personnel were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Perfect family vacation

I stayed at Carol's LBCC Ocean View townhouse for a week with my family and it couldn't have worked out better for us. The unit is exactly what you'd expect from the pictures, nicley furnished with a charming airy and open beach vibe. The views from the patio and balcony are stunning; my wife especially enjoyed sitting on the bedroom balcony or patio with a cup of coffee each morning and I enjoyed looking out and watching the sun go down each evening.It is so nice when you find a place that is fully stocked with even a couple common staples to get you by, it really does go a long away to not have to worry about those little things. We made breakfast each morning and cooked a couple nights including a BBQ and the kitchen does litterally have everything you need, we just needed to stock up at the grocery store with what we wanted.Location was great, a 7min drive to Negril's 7mile beach (and we did have car to go back-and-forth). Close enough that tour guides will pick you up but not in the hussle and congestion of the main strip - perfect if you enjoy something quieter. With kids it was essential we had a place with a pool and beach and the LBCC didn't disappoint with it's beautify pool right on the quite little private beach. The snorkelling was really good and the bay is well protected so you can swim quite far out even on a windy day.Carol was always quick to respond, but we rarley needed anything. A true gem - enjoyed it so much we would come back in a heart beat!

We had a wonderful vacation. My family felt very comfortable and at home. We were able to relax and enjoy the weather and beautiful views from the deck. The house and amenities were thoughtful curated. We were able to cook, eat and drink in a comfortable family setting. I Definitely recommend this place and would certainly return if available.
