「The beds were clean. The carpet is old with stains, we didn't go barefoot. There was a smell in the room, and it seemed to be coming from the bathroom. We had the windows open and kept the bathroom door shut. Seemed to help.
They had a continental breakfast that was ok.」

「Expedia advertised the facility had laundry service, they don't. The room we were assigned had no working smoke detector. I will try to attach pictures. Yes we were moved to another room that was 1/2 the size but the SAME price.
Staff seems surprised when I asked about laundry service.
I also emailed EXPEDIA about the situation a while ago but no response. Expedia is also at fault as they should ensure that the offers made to clients are correct!
