"The house was a cute cottage a street away from the beach. The yard is fenced but one side is fenced with hedges and the is a dog nextdoor so I wouldn't let a dog out unsupervised.The property is a bit older and it shows in some of the fixtures and finishes. I don't know if it's the season or the area but there was a lot of activity from tiny little ants. The were not in the beds or the couch or anything but if that bothers you, be aware. The house is walking distance to a little town area with great coffee, food and ice cream. It was so easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do. Though the area is full and busy, it felt private and peaceful. Thank you for having us."

"Always fun to stay in an adorable local rental! The host was amazing and super responsive before and during our stay. Location was great, and the property was clean and comfortable...we appreciated the bright, updated bathroom, coffee maker (and half and half in the fridge!), iron and ironing board, parking space and beautiful quiet neighborhood. Part of its charm is that it's on the top floor and has slanted ceilings, so just take note if you're tall."

"Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, perfect instructions. The outside area is beautiful and a great place to have our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails and snacks. Location was perfect for our plans. Not far from anything- down town area, cliff walk, Newport winery and rail trail rides. Highly recommend."
