"This home was perfect for our girls weekend (8 adults) in Newport!! The house is just as pictured. It is a 5 ish minute walk to first beach (Easton) , less than a mile to the start of the Cliff Walk. It’s a 5 min drive to downtown Newport. The owner is very responsive, and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was good with our stay. I highly recommend this property!!! "

"This was our second stay here. Awesome location - great neighborhood, easy walk to 1st beach and a short drive to everything else we wanted to do. The house is clean and airy with great light and with a nice deck. Very comfortable common space and pretty well equipped kitchen. Could use a few large serving size bowl that could also double as food prep bowls. "

"Celebrated a magical birthday with family at this perfect seaside getaway. Everything we could possibly need was at our fingertips. We walked to Easton's Beach, to Flo's. my favorite clam shack. Easy drive to Sachuest (aka Second) my favorite beach, stopped at Sweetberry Farm, another favorite, en route. Easy drive to the center of Newport or Bellevue Avenue/Ocean Drive.
Deb was rapid-fire responsive to questions about kid-friendly dining (other family members stayed at a hotel but I was happier at Deb's)."
