「Noise from the road and the room next door were an issue」

「出張で利用しました。特に不満はありません。食事は隣接のレストランを利用しました。」

「The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked.」

「スタッフの方の気遣いとサービスが素晴らしい。朝食もおいしく、他の方の評価が高いのも納得です。」

「Hotel muy bien ubicado」

「部屋は比較的きれいに保たれているが、クリーニングを行うスタッフによってとても丁寧な日と、そうでない時の差があったように思います。」

「Nice hotel with a great location on Brayford. The staff are helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Only downside is that if you get a connecting room you can hear everything in the next door room!」

「Good food and drink at the pub that is separate from the accommodation. Slight problem on check in as they had given us a double room instead of a twin, despite sending an email prior to arrival requesting a twin. The receptionist was apologetic and keen to resolve the issue so bonus points to her.」

Unfortunately this message was given to many other patrons and the bar was overflowing with people trying to find seats and order food. A group already sat at a table said we could have their table as it was obvious there was no chance of getting served. We...

「日本からの宿泊にきました。とてもきれいな部屋で、朝食は目の前のキッチンで作って頂き大変おいしかったです。ありがとうございました。I came to stay from Japan. It was a very beautiful room and breakfast was very delicious, made in the kitchen in front of me. Thank you very much.」

「Fabulous! The staff are the real highlight of the hotel - they were so friendly, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious both days and the carpark easy to access. Considering the fact it has a pub attached was also quiet and couldn’t be in a better location for exploring Lincoln Cathedral and castle. Would definitely stay again.」
