"Located in the middle of everything, you can walk everywhere. The lobby is beautiful and staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms do need some maintenance, during out stay we lost power due to a burning light switch. They fixed the whole thing and gave us power. I would stay there again."

"I and my wife spent part of our honeymoon in Spain with a lot of memories. After fifty years we decided to do the same trip. I booked Hotel Imperial in Valladolid base on the rating. When we arrived at the hotel on Friday evening, both of us found the location of the hotel in a vibrant area. Our room was so clean, large and refreshing that both of us were speechless. It was so satisfying that we extended our stay too. Mr. Roberto made every effort to make our celebration memorable. One day I got a post office problem (language barrier), Ms. Paloma offered to spend her personal time and go with me to post office. That was a unique wonderful experience which touched my heart. I think I can't say enough except, excellent hotel and wonderful staff."
