"The property is nice and clean but the first room that they put us in was awful it made my fiance itch and break out we had to go to the ER then they put us in the suite after that and it was more comfortable and pleasant thank you guys"

"Only had one issue with room, that being a toilet that got clogged on first morning, Informed desk, who informed maintenance man, who came up within 15-20 minutes and had it unclogged within 5 minutes. Said it was his first day; he made notations of other minor repairs needed (touch up paint, replace drain stopper). Breakfast-waffle maker had issues the 4 mornings we were there, either broken or out of batter, which was taken care of each morning. One morning a staff member working in breakfast area stated it was her first day, making me wonder if there is new management hiring/trying to turn place around from previous decline. My wife said her side of king-size mattress sagged on edge, making her feel like she was gong to fall off. Room itself was probably one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. "

"The hotel felt old and outdated. When we first got there it took over 5 mins for the desk attendant to come to the front desk .Poor craftsmanship renovations. (Elevators were rink-a-dink, the floor numbers didn't show up). The hot/cold for the shower was reversed. The ac unit was too loud. Breakfast was a joke. I've seen better options in a vending machine. I would not recommend. "

"When I found where my room was located, I would have had to walk through a narrow walkway surrounded by construction materials and past some guy peeing in the bushes near the entrance of the walkway. I demanded another room elsewhere. Most of the room was shabby but clean - except for the one chair that was stained. In order to sit in it, I used a bathroom towel to cover it. By the way, at 8am when I went to get some of the free breakfast that was advertised, there was only a couple of old apples. Booking this motel based on the reviews is a big mistake. "
