"The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was great. The pool wasn’t open yet but it was only March. The hotel was safe and clean. Parking was easy. Shuttle to the mall and Grand Ol Opry was a plus. Shuttle to downtown also a plus but $10 per person. Pet friendly with no extra fees."
