The property was clean, and the pillows were amazing. I did feel the property felt more like a hotel and therefore lacked in the overall homey feeling I enjoy. That being said, I would absolutely stay again. The locatuon is great.

Small space. Location was good. We walked to Broadway (my wife and 2 boys) and back. Felt safe. Ceiling fan in the bedroom off to the right made awful sounds during the night. It served the purpose for a place to sleep on our way home from the gulf... and we got to see some live music, too!

The location was good minus the train tracks right next to it. Place was clean and a good size for four adults. I was not happy with 2 different people just putting the door code in and walking in while we were there. Makes me wonder how many times people were in there when we were not.

Our stay was very nice. Apt is about 10 minute walk from downtown. The apt is very basic but it met our needs. It was very nice to have parking underneath the apt complex. There is a train that runs near the apt and though we could hear it, it was not a problem. The rental is also in a nice location if you want to leave bustling downtown

We had a great stay here. The space was clean and as described. We liked the covered parking & elevator, making it easy to get in and out of the unit. Property manager very responsive and flexible. Clean, easy walk to Broadway. Train can be loud but if you can get past that it’s a great place. Will definitely stay here again.

We traveled to Nashville to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday with friends. The condo is in a good location, and a nice coffee shop is a 3 minute walk away. If it wasn’t for the temperature being so low we would have walked back and forth to Broadway. As a tip, type the elevator code in very slowly so the numbers are recognized! A great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. It was an easy walk to attractions like Broadway and other fun locations and a short and relatively cheap lyft or uber ride for the times we didnt want to walk. I would stay here again.

The property was exactly as advertised and owner made checkin easy (including allowing an early checkin). The location is very convenient .:we were able to walk to everything. The only reason I only gave four stars for location is the area is a bit deserted after dark . But it looks like that may change soon as is an up and coming neighborhood.

4 adults vowing from UK, made a special request from property manager - no problem they were happy to help. Used the bus from airport Stop 18 to the stop by the music hall of fame $2 each! Jonathan’s around the block is a brilliant place for eats and drinks - we used an Uber to shop at Stogers Apartment comfortable clean and great touch with coffee, washing pods and toiletries. Would stay again

Enjoyed our stay, wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely missed the info on train near by. View from 403 was basically rooftops. Pull out couch bed needs attention, cleaning.
