Private, Quiet, Cottage Retreat 10 minutes to downtown Nashville

Close enough to everything but also far enough away to provide a restful retreat. 3 room cottage has a private bedroom as well as a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. Neighborhood is close to airport but only 7 miles from downtown. We are in a safe, quiet neighborhood but still close enough to everything wonderful Nashville has to offer. Pets are most welcome with a $50 nonrefundable per pet fee. Smoking is 100% not permitted inside the cottage.

Quaint Place!
We loved staying at the cute little cottage. It seems like a typically quiet neighborhood, that is why we picked it. Everything was great, clean and neat. The one and ONLY draw back was the dogs barking. Not sure if the person in front of the cottage has a doggie daycare but it was pretty noisy with constant barking. We just turned the fans on high to block the noise, and slept just fine. We would stay again regardless.

Nice weekend
The property was clean and just what we needed for our short stay. It is a shared driveway with another house- which I did not realize and that may have been listed- but I missed it if it was. But the listing was as listed otherwise. Small and quaint and enough room for my husband and I and our dog.
