Enjoy the convenience of free off-street parking, and take a stroll or jog to Centennial Park via the nearby Greenway.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, room-darkening curtains, and a ceiling fan to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom offers a combo tub/shower, perfect for a relaxing soak or a quick refresh.

The full kitchen is equipped for preparing your favorite meals, which you can enjoy in the stylish dining area. After a day of exploring, working, or studying, unwind in the bright, spacious living area, where the whiskey-inspired decor adds a warm and inviting ambiance.

Step outside to the community outdoor space, where Adirondack chairs sit under café lights amidst tasteful landscaping, creating the perfect spot for evening relaxation. Located at the end of the street, the Richland Greenway offers easy access for a bike ride to Vanderbilt or a walk/jog to Centennial Park. This apartment is the ideal blend of comfort, style, and convenience.

Please note, a train runs behind the apartment complex and you may hear it during your stay. It’s a short freight train that goes from Memphis to Nashville, but it operates irregularly. Sometimes it doesn’t run at all, and other times it runs a few times a day. The train doesn’t blow its horn near our building, so it’s just background noise as it passes by. The train is not visible due to the vegetation between the tracks and the building. Sound and light-reducing curtains as well as a sound machine are provided to minimize any disturbance.

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor and requires stairs.
