We have added an outside SPA on the lighted private patio. Full functioning newly remodeled kitchen with granite counters, custom cabinets, and new appliances. BBQ grill in back yard. Keurig Coffee maker and supplies!
All bedrooms have new Serta queen beds and a King master suite on main floor and two large bedrooms upstairs with 4 additional queen beds plus an extra twin! The whole house has wifi internet and a premium channel TV in living with queen sofa sleeper and Lazyboy recliner. Dining area with bar height table off kitchen and a basement with washer and dryer available for long stays. There is an additional quarter bath on main floor for washing up and grooming.

Great location in a Quiet neighborhood Just off I-24 & Briley Parkway near Berry Hill, Downtown, the Stadiums & Vanderbilt. 10 minutes to the Airport, Zoo or an easy 15 to Opryland!

NOTE: This was recently completely renovated and finished in mid June, 2019! This will add a bonus bedroom along with 4 other bedroom and 4.25 bathroom. 3 of the bathrooms have heated floors!!
The house sleeps up to 12 comfortably! Weekly and Monthly rates available!

2nd time staying

This was our 2nd year at this property. The remodel to open the living room staircase made a huge difference in the openness and the larger dining table was well done. The upstairs changes were welcomed by our teens and pre-teens.

Nashville stay

House location was good, close enough to city but in a quiet area. Disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of areas of the house. Kitchen needs work and pictures were different than the way it is. Worked for our stay but probably would not stay there again.

Youth summitt

As all the reviews states, perfect for a group of 12. Plenty of space! Very nice game room and the hot tub. It is true the kitchen has cupboards that are damaged but it doesn’t take away just making you aware so they can’t or won’t charge you for damages. Make sure you have bug spray the mosquitoes were really extremely bad. East check in process!

Fabulous house

House has 5 bedrooms. Most beds very comfortable. Two were not comfortable with huge holes in the middle. Manager slow with communications.

Clean, comfortable house located conveniently

This house in a quiet post-WWII subdivision has been extensively renovated. The house has been painted so it is no longer the red brick shown in the photo with the blue door.It is generally well-equipped except for the number of chairs high enough for the table, tissues ,glassware (2 wineglasses). Washer and dryer worked well and were very helpful. The house served my husband and me and three unrelated adult friends well. We were very comfortable in the spacious added-on primary bedroom on the ground floor, and our two friends who stayed in the other two ground floor bedrooms each had their own bathroom. We gave the entire upstairs and bathroom to the person in our group who was most able to climb stairs. The house has beds for far more people and would probably work well for a large family with lots of children who don’t mind less privacy in the huge open bedrooms upstairs and shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The neighborhood seems safe and quiet. As per instructions, it is definitely not a place for loud outdoor parties. The location was very convenient to our meeting site, the historic Airdrie house as well as food and entertainment in Nashville. Because it is near main roads, you should drive a few extra blocks around through the neighborhood to a stoplight if you need to turn left from Tuggle during rush hour. It took us a few tries to figure out communication with owner, manager, and housekeeper but everyone was very accommodating. Would definitel stay here again.

Great place

really loved this property. we were a group of 5 siblings all in our 60's and 70's. 3 bedrooms downstairs, which was fantastic for us. The upstairs was spacious with lots of beds. Property was clean and air conditioning worked great. We enjoyed the hot tub and outside area. The agents were very accommodating and they responded quickly to any texts. Would highly recommend this property.

Druppy drawers

I found ants in kitchen, also the kitchen and bedroom drawers would fall down and almost drop to the floor if you didn't catch it. Stains on the throw blankets on the beds. Half of the lights didn't come on or flickered so badly it was hard to use them. The microwave barely worked. The kitchen had plastic plates. We had 12 people staying there an only 6 cups an maybe 5 or 6 forks an plates. I was very disappointed in the place.

Feels like a hostel instead of a home

If you need a bed, running water, and a roof the this is a good spot. If you need a home with basic ammentities and a welcoming environment, this aint it. Upon entering the home we were met with a extremely strong mildew odor. We unpacked our food and found all of the door shelves in the fridge to be broken so it was difficult to fit our items in one fridge and ended up needing to leave some in a cooler. The drawers in the kitchen fall down when pulled out as almost all og them are missing drawrer rails. This almost sent a drawer to the floor several times during our stay. The kitchen is barely stocked. There were some pink plastic plates and bowls from wal mart, and some cups. No oil, spices, large pans, cutting boards, or other items that a basic home would normally have. We had planned to grill out the first night, given that the description of the house advirtised a grill, but the propane tank was empty. The bathrooms have been rennovated but thise with tile had black mold in most every grout line. The shower curtains matched and need replaced. This owner did communicate well and even provided warning of impending inclement weather on our last night. We were thankful for a basement when the tornado sirens went off. However, the basement had never been cleaned. There was trash, nails, screws on the floor. Empty cans of odor reducing spray meant for use in homes after experiencing a fire.This home could be so much more.

Good location

Our first impression upon entering the house was not great because it smelled like sewage. The problem was eventually fixed and Brent was apologetic. But I suspect the problem had been going on for awhile so it should have been fixed before renting it out. The house itself was okay. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. Hopefully in the future they will stay on top of issues before renting the house out.. location was great..centrally located to most activities.

Music City Gem

We had a group of 12 in Nashville for a Titans game. Property is 15 minutes from Broadway and all the bars & Restaurants as well as the stadium. Property was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very prompt with one small issue. Would recommend this property.

Family trip

We rented this house to celebrate my son's college graduation. It was perfect for our family and my in-laws as it gave us separate spaces. The kids loved the game room as well as the adults!

Great Location

This house was in an excellent location and a good size for our group of seven family members. Our only suggestions are for more hand towels and some type of dish towels for the kitchen. We did have some problems with the large TV on the main floor so it should be checked out. The upstairs TV worked well. Would stay again.

It has plenty of space and beds. Microwave didn’t work too good. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. The guys enjoyed the game room. It wasn’t the cleanest place I ever stayed at.

Simply amazing

This property was above and beyond our expectations. My best friend and I drove nine hours to take my daughter and her five friends to Nashville for her 21st birthday with eight women we needed several bedrooms and bathrooms. This place was amazing very clean exceeded our expectations. The game room was perfect for the girls, 4 bathrooms and Beds for everyone. It was extremely clean well stocked. The communication from the owners was amazing with contacting us and giving us helpful directions and travel suggestions. Centrally located we were literally 10 to 15 minutes away from everything in the Nashville area. I was extremely happy with the property the owners, the communication I would highly recommend this property and other properties Available available by the owners. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
