Beautiful condo

This was a beautiful condo with everything you needed for your stay. The weather was not the best and construction was a little disappointing but we were very comfortable with the stay.

So Convenient!

My hubby and I stayed at this VRBO location for a short trip to Nashville. We both agreed, we should have stayed longer! This little apartment is well located and walking distance to EVERYTHING in downtown Nashville. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to this happening town!

On the River

Cozy Condo

The condo has everything you could ask for...kitchen was well appointed, bed was very comfortable, living and bathroom were fine. Decorated so cute in Nashville style. It is located in more of an industrial location, but we were right on the Cumberland River and it was fun to watch the barges go by.

Away from the crowds, but in walking distance to them, this little gem is a quiet retreat, overlooking the river.

Condo at a great price

Clean and updated condo within walking distance to downtown. Pull out couch bed was comfortable and perfect for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay would definitely book this again.

Great location

Check in was easy. Location is very convenient to everything in Nashville. Covered parking was great. But the biggest surprise was how quiet the condo is. Would stay here again. Loved the river view!

Nashville riverfront

This condo was perfect. It was a short walk to Broadway. Loved looking at the river from our small balcony. The manager was was very nice. She Stopped by to introduce herself and to make sure we got all checked in and see if we needed anything. I would stay there again.

Great location within walking distance to Nissan Stadium!

The condo was very clean! We forgot about the time difference and arrived early. The housekeeper was very nice about it and offered for us to bring our stuff up. It was an easy walk to Nissan Stadium. Rebecca was very responsive to messages and suggested many restaurants within walking distance where we could make reservations. We had a great stay! Would stay here again!

First Nashville visit

Nice, clean property. Had everything we needed. Very walkable to Broadway, about 1 mile. Lovely baloney for morning coffee. We took Uber home as part of the walk is not well lit after dark. Very comfortable bed and sheets. Overall was quiet, which was nice after a day on Broadway. Great experience in Nashville! Would stay here again!

Fun city stay

In from Dallas and enjoyed Nashville. Apt was clean and good location. Didn’t walk to city due to construction around and some people congregated along the riverfront at dark. Still felt safe in the property but drove downtown. Had some issues with door combination locking, but was able to lock it after several tries.

In walking distance to downtown.

This location was perfect for our girls trip, we are walkers so the mile walk downtown and back didn't bother us. The unit is decorated in a Nashville theme and sets the mood for listening to great music 🎶. Before our trip she gave us tips for places to line dance. There is alot a construction going be prepared to avoid 1st Street except in front of the complex.

Nashville in June

The property was clean with very Nashvillian touches. Nicely appointed with a great view of the Cumberland. Walking path to downtown. We were on the third floor - there is no elevator for those that have mobility issues. And the management decided to close the nearest stairwell to our condo while we were there. The city needs to spend some time addressing the safety of the walking path as it is the most direct and most scenic route to Broadway. We appreciated the bottled water and coffee from management.

Just as advertised

The details on the listing and commentary by most of the reviews are spot on. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is an easy 20 minute walk to the 'heart of the action' and about a 15 minute walk to some great places to eat in Germantown. The condo was clean and provided bathroom essentials as well as coffee. The welcoming snacks and water was a great touch. There is some construction in the area but the noise was never a problem except for one day. It is a nice location that allows you to get away from all the craziness on Broadway.

Perfect in Nashville!

The location was perfect. Close enough to everything. The Condo was very clean and welcoming. The décor was perfection. It was great to take a dip in the pool when we got back from walking all over. The parking is covered, which was GREAT! It was really peaceful there. The only thing that was a bit difficult was no elevator. My husband had knee surgery in February so that made getting to the third floor with luggage a bit tricky. That was on us though. We should have asked. If there was an elevator, we just didn't see it. I would highly recommend this property. Loved it!
