One bedroom/one bath cottage with private entry. Fully remodeled with all-new furniture, fixtures, kitchen, & laundry. An open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining room, & living room. A pull out sofa is available in the living room with a memory foam mattress. A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower is off the bedroom with a queen Casper mattress. We are on a secluded, quiet street with a convenient 15 minutes access to downtown, Vanderbilt, airport, and natural areas (Radnor, Percy Priest Lake, and Warner Parks). Five minutes from the zoo and two blocks from Ellington hikes and park we are in a perfect spot for exploring, sight-seeing, or simply relaxing on the back patio. Parking is free with one designated spot in the drive and open parking on the street.

Everything there to ensure you have a great time, and a very quite neighborhood. Easy Uber access to downtown. Katie was very responsive with communication. Perfect place to stay

The property was accurately described. We were especially lookin for a place near our family reunion and the location was perfect! It was clean, cozy and very comfortable. We weren’t there very much and didn’t do our usual vacation cooking but found the kitchen fully functional. For 2 plane weary seniors, the check in process could have gone much smoother, a special gratitude of thanks to Justin for all he did!

We loved staying at Katie's place! Everything was top tier. The bed was so comfortable, she provided coffee and snacks, and there was an in-unit washer and dryer. It was a very easy drive to downtown. Can't recommend enough!

Plenty of additional amenities such as snacks, water, and coffee. Perfect amount of space with everything you need for either a short or long stay. Very quiet neighborhood and great communication.

Cozy and quiet. Its close to most everything you might want to do bit still in a quiet neighborhood. I dropoed the star rating due to no mention of steps on the listing. There is a handrail but they are a bit steep. I woukd stay here agai .
