Simply Incredible views from this 5 acre hilltop cabin. It comfortably sleeps 16 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 7 luxurious queen beds featuring memory foam mattresses, 2 sleeper sofas, multiple bonus rms, 4 full bathrooms, amazing kitchen, dining & living areas, an entire basement designed for entertainment with a pool table, two large flat screen TVs, foosball, shuffleboard, 8 person card table, multiple comfy couches, 2 outdoor patios to enjoy dining, grilling, games & stories around the 2 fire pits!



Located just 25 mins from Nashville by car, Lyft or Uber, this home is the perfect place to gather and enjoy your time at home just as much if not more than your time spent sight-seeing Nashville’s tourism hot spots!



Multiple public golf courses & wedding venues are close by and you are just 10 minutes from Old Hickory Lake which is a great place to rent a boat and spend the day on the water or do some quality bass & cat fishing!



The nearest grocery stores, bars and restaurants are all around 7-10 minutes drive from the house & multiple delivery services are offered through the stores themselves or apps such as door dash & Uber eats.



4 of the bedrooms are located on the main level of the house. The master suite features 2 queen beds and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms share the other 3 bathrooms. There are 2 laundry rooms (one on the main level and the other in the basement).



The kitchen includes a very large island accompanied by 4 bar stools and designer pendant lighting. Double ovens, induction cooktop, Ninja Blender, Toaster, Coffee pot & K-cup machine, crockpot, toaster & all the utensil you could need to cook at home are all there for your use.



Indoor dining includes a large breakfast table & huge dining table, both with outstanding views of the countryside as you dine.



The basement is comprised of 2 large play rooms. One features a foosball table, big screen TV, couch, card table & access to the ground floor patio. The second features lots of lounge seating, another big screen tv, a decorative fireplace, shuffleboard & a pool table.



The main level patio is accessed from the kitchen area and features a wood burning fire pit, Adirondack chairs and plenty of tables and benches for outdoor entertaining.



The lower level patio features comfortable outdoor seating around a gas fire pit and space to play corn hole. Each patio enjoys the evening ambiance of outdoor fairy lights.

This house looks clean in the pictures but the inside of the house is tired. The walls are all dinged up. There are marks all over the walls and ceiling in the basement. The furniture is stained and worn. Outside on the back patio there are a bunch of the lights out in the string lights hanging. All of the stools and chairs in the kitchen are all stained. It needs a refresher in the inside of the home. Other than that it is a decent property. The property manager was great at responding!

Recently had a family reunion with 8 adults, ranging in age from early 50’s to late 80’s. The location is great. We regularly saw deer and turkey in the front lawn, as well as beautiful sunsets. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not be cramped. The kitchen and big dining table were great for sharing meals together. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the back patio.We were disappointed that the griddle pictured on the back patio was not out there. The place is somewhat worn and could definitely use a sprucing up- furniture is stained and shows wear and tear. The back patio area could use some attention; some weeding and trimming would really help. The tub in the bathroom adjacent to the upstairs bedroom is spongy and should be looked at. For our group specifically, the step down from the kitchen into the living room and dining table area, and from the hallway to the bedrooms was challenging for some of us who have some mobility issues. The front stairs are very steep and again the step down into the dining area from the front door is awkward. Overall we enjoyed our visit. Some upkeep would make this place better. We spent most of our time at the house, so we were more inclined to notice those things. Someone spending more time out and about may not notice.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was nice but the rest of the house was tired. The location was great and the view was nice. The photos in the listing online are wisely taken as they highlight the few improvements and avoid showing you worn, dirty trim, and tired furniture. The price was fair and the capacity was good. If you had young kids or a bachelor party you wouldn’t have to worry about your kids damaging anything because I don’t think you would notice. The basement area was filthy and abused by kids. Having my adult children there for a week I was a little embarrassed that I booked someplace that was aged, full of weeds outside, and had drains backing up in showers. That said, I did appreciate the nice kitchen, new grill outside, nice chairs around the fire pit and dry wood left for the fire pit.

Great vacation house

Our family of 10 had a great time staying at the Cabin on the Hill. The location provided us with access to Nashville and the music as well as the history of it. We have used VRBO for several years now and always had a great time. Any issues were taken care of expediently.

Amazing Views and property

We loved the views, the size of the home, and the amenities. It was perfect for our family to enjoy time together. The grandkids loved the outdoor area. One word of caution, if you have babies, toddlers, or elderly, this place has multiple stairs and steps including a step down from kitchen to living room and from hallway to living room. Front and back steps are steep as is the front lawn. It is hard to tell this from the pictures. Otherwise, this place is amazing on how large it is and the views were wonderful!

Relaxing place

We loved our stay and the house is very nice. There is room for everyone. Space enough so that you don’t feel crowded. Beautiful kitchen and a basement with so much entertainment. Clean and well stocked with the basics. We would definitely stay again.There are only two things I would ask: 1) a door code for the kitchen entry door. It is the one I think people use the most. 2) the main floor living room couches are worn out. They are so uncomfortable you really can’t sit and visit/watch tv for long. We ended up sitting at the kitchen table.

Family Getaway

There was 10 of us and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean but the furniture could use a cleaning (the couches and upholstered chairs at the tables).It would also be nice to have a dresser in all the bedrooms so you have somewhere to put clothes and other items.

Family Visit to Nashville

We had a wonderful stay in Hendersonville. Out group was grandparents, and 3 married siblings with multiple children ages 9 and under. Location was perfect if flying into BNA or traveling via car. Lots to do on property! Very secluded with beautiful views and sunsets. Nearby groceries shopping, pharmacy and walking trails.

HIgh School forever friends

Met in Nashville with a group of 5 couples from high school. Had the best time. Home was perfect for us. Plenty of room and the basement game room was beautiful. Was the perfect place to reconnect and laugh for hours. The kitchen was spacious and perfect for cooking in. Dining room table sat 10 for all of us to eat together and play games at night. Loved our stay!!

Perfect Rental Property

We were celebrating my mother in laws 80th birthday and this house was in a centralized location for us to meet. The house was clean, roomy and included all the extras that may be forgotten while traveling. The pool table, foosball table and shuffleboard table were used every day! The view was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this place for any family.

Howard reunion

It was great house for a group our size (10). It offered several gathering options inside and outside the home from game room to a firepit. The location was private with beautiful views and close enough to explore Nashville and other areas. We did have an issue with the induction stove but received help from property management to resolve. Ice maker in frig was unpredictable - sometimes it made ice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home for a family trip

We had a wonderful week in Hendersonville. Reasonably priced and easy travel to Nashville and surrounding areas. Plenty of room in the house to either spread out or hang out together. Only comment is landscaping could use some attention, but that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Softball Nationals

Overall this was a great stay! The house was big enough for everyone to spread out and never feel too crowded! Our favorite gathering place was the giant island. The views and country setting was perfect for our crew. Large outdoor space was a major bonus. We were only 15 minutes away from the ball fields, which was super convenient. There was no black stone, which was seen in pictures and the shuffleboard table was not sturdy, so we did not let anyone play. Those two things were minor little hiccups

Great home for a family vacation

This was the perfect location for our annual four generation family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms 4 separate families. A very large kitchen for cooking all our meals. We enjoyed the quiet location and all the wild life. The property managers were very easy to get in touch with. We highly recommend this great home for your next family vacation.
