"It was the first time a hotel had my room ready and wanted to charge $20man hour for an early check in and was a little disappointed in that. Also was not aware that they only cleaned the room every other day, which is fine if I was made aware of it. Had to call the desk at 12:30 am when to get towels for the next morning, which the girl at the desk was very accommodating."
