「Wonderful stay as usual」

「The Staff were extremely kind, The little shop was quaint. The outside surrounding was eh. The room itself was a no thrills room and was tiny. It had new vinyl floors which was nice. But the bathroom was not updated at all. The bed was comfy. And the heat worked great, it got cold the night i stayed.」

「It’s outdated. New owners aren’t upgrading the facility, Evening entertainment is boring. The place was exciting when Doc was in charge of the activities. He kept it fun.」

「My husband and I stayed at The Chatwal Lodge (about two hours from NYC) and it’s easily one of the best resorts we’ve been to. It feels incredibly private and secluded—it seemed like there were only ~20 guests on property—so the whole experience was calm and special. We booked the Treehouse, which was awesome: modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with a great vibe. 「The hotel has not been updated, and it would’ve been fine, if it was clean, but it wasn’t. There are stains on the carpet, we found someone else’s sock under the bed, the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were broken and stained, the tub was lined with mold, and the sink looked like it was falling off the wall. As we were checking in, another guest was complaining about it raining in her room (it was raining outside). You also cannot flush the toilet before showering. I will never stay here again.」

「Room was so bright with outside deck and intermittent car lights from parking lot. Property is run down and a mess. Bathroom had 4 lights over the mirror with 2 of them burned out. A box of Kleenex would have been a luxury. There was a dead bug in the medicine cabinet. You could clearly hear everything in the adjoining rooms. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at this Victorian B&B. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy and we had a delicious breakfast. It is located on a main road and is easy to find. The inn is nicely appointed. We do enjoy the charm of an old historic dwelling and the antique furnishings. Adrienne is friendly and hospitable.」
