Narragansett cozy beach cottage with access to PRIVATE beach only a 4 minute walk down the road. Picnic, sun bath, swim, paddle or kayak on this scenic ocean inlet. Narragansett Town Beach (rated the best beach in New England) is less than a 4 mile drive. Enjoy the waves, sun, body surfing, etc., and when you're done for the day enjoy a delicious seafood dinner from multiple top rated restaurants in the area. In the area there is also an enormous amount of history, such as Jamestown, the famous Newport Mansions, The Towers and so much more! **See below for special note. Important.**

Spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen. One full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, Full size bed in one and two twin beds in the other. New stackable washer/dryer. Large Deck with gas grill, table & chairs for relaxing, sunbathing or just shooting the breeze on a beautiful RI night! This little piece of paradise is located in a quiet family neighborhood with plenty to do nearby. Playground and basketball court for the kids and for the adults there's Twin Willows Pub, local spirits store and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. **Cottage can sleep 6 comfortably but please note that in bedroom 1 there is a double bed that will sleep 2 adults. In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 single beds for 2 more people. There is a deluxe inflatable mattress that inflates in 5 minutes with the electric pump provided. This can sleep 2 adults or 3 children comfortably. There is also a very comfortable couch that can sleep another person if needed.**

Perfect Retreat Near the Ocean
This is the perfect quiet, residential property to rest, renew and restore. The host was very kind and caring and provided excellent instructions and communication. Inside the home, it was nicely decorated and appointed with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the air conditioners, washer/dryer, and the kitchen and bathroom that were all very modern and updated. The host stocked every tool to use the large grill on the back deck with patio funiture to eat outside. As well as for cooking inside, even with a large lobster pot that came in very handy being so close to the Point Judith, Rhode Island docks where we purchased our fresh seafood catch right off the boats! Since we cook many meals, we were impressd by the assortment and quality of appliances, the coffee nook, dishes, glasses, pot, pans, and every utencil we used. It was like being at our own home: clean, comfortable and relaxing. It was a wonderful vacation spot, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you to a great Host!

The house is absolutely adorable, very well appointed, and extremely clean. The yard deck and grill were wonderful to have. The location is outstanding central to everything. Just had a wonderful trip!

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home in a beautiful neighborhood. It was a perfect lauchpad to get to amazing local attractions. Check in was easy and we had a great time.

I will definitely be booking this house again. Kristen was very friendly and helpful, anytime I had any questions. The house was fully stocked with cleaning supplies and a fully stocked kitchen. She even put shampoo and soap in the bathroom there was blowup beds, games and five minutes from the beach. The house was clean and we absolutely loved the location. My family had a great time.
