Location is great– easy access to trains and conbinis. One of the only things I had a huge issue with was the smell. It says non-smoking but it smelled strongly of an off-putting, smoke-like scent that would not go away after spraying the room up and down with the bed fragrance spray they provided.

The property have a very strong smell of mould so if you have asthma please stay away. I was coughing a lot cause of having to breathe in the mould. And there is really no heating or cooling control for your room it is a whole hotel controlled. So 1 day I was very cold and 1 day I was so hot that I have to use my portable fan. Overall the only good thing is this place is close to both train line and close to the temple and the price is at the lower end.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is unbeatable as it's very close to both Keisei and JR stations, so you have options. There is a conbini across the street and lots of food options in the area. It's my first choice to go when it's available. I have had issues regulating room temperature during all of my stays, though.

I continually visit this hotel throughout the year. I love it. The rooms aren't the most beautiful, but it's clean, they have everything you need...at an incredible price. My most recent stay - $32.00 for the night. And the room is EASILY worth that.

Great location close to the train station and a number of food options. Opposite the hotel there is a convenience store which is very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel itself has plenty of amenities including restaurants, ice machine, parking, bar and washing machine / dryer.

I have stayed here a few times due to it's convenient location. It's an older property, but clean. I would urge the owners to renovate the property as this is LONG overdue, but would stay here again. (lots of potential) Parking is included (if that matters to you, but most probably don't drive) All staff are super friendly and helpful though so kudos to them!

Though facilities are old they are functional and doesnt bother me much for the price i paid. Near to kesi Narita station with eateries around. Staff tried hard to please despite facilities are old but for the price paid for a night it gives good value

It was hot the room required a fan, the AC could barely keep up…We have been here in the winter and no problems…Very few electric outlets, but overall good value for the price, staff is always accommodating and nice..
