When i was at room, i had found that my room had not been cleaned yet. Only maid that I found at room did contact hotel staff to change new room for me. Very bad service. Most most days we just ate breafast and evening meal with just a few nuts during the day "

"So old, feels like it’s going out of business. Dining and bar facilities are more like an abandoned banquet hall, there’s no pool unlike the photos, I paid to upgrade my room and the door doesn’t even close properly, there’s a huge gap between the door and top of the door frame. There’s 2 air conditioners in the room and they insisted on turning off the good one after my first night. Had to get into a huge argument to get them to turn it back on. Terrible hotel."
