My safari adventures were well run and the naturalist (Nabin) was so knowledgeable that I even got to spot a tiger!
Not many people get to see one.
I highly recommend this place.
I stayed in one of the well appointed safari tents overlooking the national park. We could even hear a rhino at night munching away under our tent!

"Overall property was pretty good with garden area and outside dining. Food was acceptable. Off the main road and so less dust and traffic noise. Fan and AC unit worked. Room not as clean as it should be.
Main problem, they had screen doors on each room which made a loud banging noise every time they were closed. With about 20 rooms that can make for a lot of unpleasant noise especially at all hours of the night. Also lots of people were smoking in all of the nice outside areas, not in the rooms...
"Good room, air con was a bit temperamental though. Food was okay. Staff were attentive and helpful, however they quoted us well above the price other tours offered for activities, so we went with another provider down the road."
"We stayed at the Vivanta for three nights in April and loved it! The hotel is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable but what we loved most was the staff. I don’t remember being treated better at any hotel. From check in to the wait staff, hostess, manager and even the chef, we were treated like family and taken care of so well that we hated to leave. We will be back Vivanta! "

"I stayed here for over 8 nights and had a great time! The owner himself texted many times with recommendations in the neighborhood and checking how we were doing. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast is a la carte, tasty, and they were flexible for adjusting a few things. "
"It’s an ideal place to stay in Kathmandu. Right in the middle of Thamel, so you’re right by the restaurants, bars and attractions but it’s off the street so is delightfully peaceful and quiet. All the staff were polite and efficient, breakfast was great- I got an excellent freshly made omelette snd coffee. The gentlemen who make them were both fantastic and deserve extra praise. Someone kindly carried my bag for me and they hired a comfortable and clean cab for me.
