Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The good points- easy to reach using Metro, nice location close to old town, clean apartment, good A/C and very good communication with host. There is no washer although the description includes it and we were counting on being able to do laundry as this stay was after 2 weeks in Italy. Apparently it is in another property and being told to go to a laundromat isn’t helpful with sightseeing plans. We felt there should have been compensation for this misleading description. This detail is a huge inconvenience.
