We stayed just one night at New Gallery prior to returning to the U.S. but would have happily stayed longer. It is located in an ideal spot to access all public transportation (local, regional and beyond), was clean, comfortable, affordable, and communication was exceptional. I can't speak to the area around Napoli Centrale, but we stayed in the city center earlier in our trip, and the metro is so easy to use.

Received a notice that we would be charged for stained bedding and when we went into our room we had stained bedding. We texted to let the staff know but never received a response. Also had a list of items to purchase in the fridge but half the items were already missing. Beds were comfortable though and the bathroom and shower was clean. TVs do not have WiFi so you cannot use any apps through the tv directly.

Fantastic! We got a balcony view from our room and someone came and cleaned everyday. The surrounding area is right by the train station and it is a little dirty with a lot of homeless people but I felt very safe. There were a lot of police and military around. The room and staff were an amazing and helpful. I would stay there again.
