Absolutely perfect, location. Right in the thick of things

It's a 15min walk from the train station. Busy and fun intersection in Napoli, food and sights all around. Pay attention to scooters, motorcycles and cars. The rental was clean, everything worked well and beds were comfortable. It's a busy area, so if you need silence to sleep or go to bed at 9pm, you won't be happy until after midnight.

A true Naples experience.

The apartment is in the old, rough heart of Naples; this review is written with that in mind. I loved the apartment itself (the entrance is dark/dingy) - it was modern, clean, felt secure, and was in a great location in the heart of centro storico – not a tourist-sanitized area, but full of loud, brash people living their lives outside of tiny apartments under drying laundry. My light-sleeper husband was often awakened by loud neighbors – some laughing, some screaming at each other. If you want to stay in centro storico this is a great option. Please know: It’s up a short flight of stairs – my 76 yr. old mom managed well. The laundromat, grocery and pharmacy are about 10–15-minute walks (part of the fun). I enjoyed Il Miracolo restaurant across the street. Enjoy!

Two bedroom unit in the heart of Naples

This efficient two-bedroom unit in the heart of Naples city center provides quick access to the things you'll want to see and do. It is located in the center of the city center area so expect to enjoy the sights and sounds of the neighborhood ( live like the locals!) The rooms and bathrooms are small but adequate. We had a three-person family staying here for four nights and enjoyed our visit. There's a grocery just down the street and coffee shop around the corner. We only saw the owner during check in but he was there when we arrived in a cab from the airport and checkin was easy. The unit was clean.

Bien mais environnement trop bruyant !!

Les +. Propre. 2 chambres spacieuses, 2 salles de bain avec WC, entièrement climatisé avec portes blindée et bien situé pour découvrir Naples. Les -. Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine. Pas de grand couteaux, 1 seule casserole, pas de saladier, grille pain HS. Bar musical a 20 mètres et boules caisses obligatoire car musique tous les soirs jusqu’à 2 heures du matin. Travaux toute la journée dans l'appartement en dessous et impossible de se reposer la journée .

Mehr mittendrin geht nicht

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt wirklich mittendrin in der Altstadt von Neapel. Der Dom ist gleich um die Ecke, von hier aus kann man zu Fuß die Altstadt erkunden. Also die Lage ist famos, wobei mittendrin bedeutet auch, dass es abends erst gegen 23 oder 24 Uhr ruhig wird. Die Wohnung ist sauber, Raffaele war immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn etwas fehlte oder kaputt war. Das Abholen vom Flughafen hat leider nicht geklappt. Die Wohnung ist nicht mehr ganz so neu, wie auf den Fotos, der Eingang des Hauses sieht etwas baufällig aus. Insgesamt haben wir aber den Charme der Altstadt genossen und dass wir auf dem kleinen Platz vor dem Haus zwei Restaurants zur Auswahl hatten und eine kleine Bar mit leckeren und sehr günstigen Getränken. Es hat uns gut gefallen!

Großartiges Apartment im Herzen der Altstadt!

Zu zweit haben wir zehn wundervolle Tage in Neapel verbracht und uns in dieser sehr gepflegten, sauberen und ansprechenden Ferienwohnung so richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment liegt im Herzen der Altstadt in einer kleinen Stichstraße, Gastronomie sowie gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe. Herr Mosca hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und hat uns, zu unserer Freude mit dem Auto am Anreisetag sogar am Flughafen abholen können. Diesen besonderen uns außergewöhnlichen Service haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden! Außerdem hat er uns viele nützliche Informationen zur Besichtigung der Stadt gegeben sowie gute Empfehlungen für ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Pizzerien! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden gerne wiederkommen. Diese Ferienwohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Nice apartment in the town centre of Naples,. Very well situated but the owner has to solve out the connection of the Internet and improve the entrance of the building.
