"Clean room and a pretty nice Ocean view "

"Restaurant meals were mediocre at best. We were disappointed that we didn’t have rooms on the ocean side. Perhaps we had to request this in advance?"

"Breakfast was adequate. Pool area needs a major refresh and the hot tub needed to be better maintained ( I.e. water quality). "

"What a great place to stay. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and all you need with limitless coffee and hot drinks, fridge in room, agh as well as shower. Excellent value too!"

"An excellent location and customer service. Great and very reasonably priced food at the restaurant. Property needs work , especially for the price they are charging, I think they are working on it . Some rooms were definitely better then the others . Tents had the best location/view Best suited for couples or singles , as number of rooms with sofas is very limited and they are very uncomfortable. Big house is a great idea for groups ."

"It needs renovation, old carpets smell and not well insulated you could hear other guest in there rooms. Hope the new owners will upgrade"
