"Regular tea bags were not included. So i missed my morning tea as i am not a coffee person"

"There wasn't even a tooth glass in the bathroom. The beds were soft with pillows half the size of normal ones. No maid service on the Sunday, bed wasn't made, bathroom not cleaned."

"Overall the cottage was great. Loved the spacious 3 bedrooms. Living room was big and the kitchen had everything we needed. "

"Given the rate, I did not have high expectations; however, cleanliness is an area that could be improved. The fridge and microwave were not cleaned, which may have been an oversight. The bedsheets also had hair on them, so I wasn’t entirely sure if they had been changed after the previous guest checked out."

"Parking stalls tight together, not enough stalls, and with their locations did not feel vehicles will be secure overnight from the petty theft the area is prone too. Room clean and some newer renos but only two thin pillows, a hard mattress, no plug for the bathtub, noise from room below the motel's washing machine vibrating our room. Outdoor stairwells need maintenance, some tripping hazards. Non-operational stone fountain and other stone work in the court yard needs reno or removal and better use of the space than an eyesore and tripping hazard. "
