Location is very nice because its near Joongang station exit 14, which is on the same line as Busan station and only one stop away. - Very quiet room (didn't hear any people in next door rooms, and didn't hear any traffic, though close to a main road)
- Overall clean room
- Pleasant body wash, shampoo, and conditioner (with generous amounts)
- Genuinely friendly and helpful front desk staff member (young male)
- very close walking distance to many stores, restaurants, street food, etc.
- very nice, modern refrigerator
Cons:
- Very dimly lit room (making the room a bit gloomy)
- Front desk staff member---young female who didn't seem interested in being helpful---didn't know directions to any nearby convenience stores, which all of the staff should at least know one location
- the heater didn't work in the middle of one night, so woke up very cold (addressed the issue and it was fixed the next day)
- pillow very flimsy and non-supportive"
