"We spent 2 nights before flying out of Narita airport and chose this location because of its location. The outlet mall is a 10 min walk down a rural one lane road but once there, you have great access to shops and great little restaurants. Only bad thing we encountered was taxis do not run early and getting my daughter to the airport for her flight at 9 was a nightmare. We had to wake the owner to get help with transportation. Hotel Nikko Narita

10/10 Excellent

"The public areas of the hotel I visited were in excellent condition. The staff were extremely attentive and it was clear that they run a tight ship, especially in the minutes after a shuttle arrives from the airport. Access to the convenience store in the lobby is a huge plus. The room was very clean and comfortable though it showed some wear. It is very much suitable for a night before or after your flight to or from Narita. There is also a small restaurant a short walk away, though you have to cross the road twice with some traffic."
