"Oh man if I could give this place 11/10 I would! We enjoyed our stay here immensely. We had a standard twin room with two twin beds. First impressions was that this hotel was very clean and has very friendly staff. We checked in with no issues, through the automated machine. Beside the check in kiosks there was an amenities station where you could choose amenities based on your needs or preferences. I liked this because I often times don’t use a lot of the amenities in the room and this way it gives you the option to take what you need. They have nice area for sitting and relaxing which doubles as a lounge. They give you a complimentary drink per person upon checking in which was a lovely touch. The rooms were a very good size (as we have experienced mostly tiny rooms on our trip) and the shower was amazing. Great water pressure and roomy enough to move about in without bumping your knee or elbow on the side. The beds were comfy and they give you two pillow options so you have more choice. The breakfast was very tasty, the options were good and everything I tried tasted really yummy! The mini donut wall was such a cute touch. Over all this place was fabulous and we greatly enjoyed our time there! We would definitely come back here if we find ourselves in Osaka again. Thank you!!! "

"We were upgraded to the top floor upon our regular room being unavailable last minute due to some renovations or something. Gorgeous balcony and corner views, despite the building not being very tall compared to the towers nearby. Location is decent with a few options for subway access nearby, but could be better, as Dotonbori and other spots are still quite a walk away. "

"This is a fantastic location. The hotel is quite nice. The fitness center is reasonably well-equipped for 2-3 people to use at one time, and is free to use between midnight and 5AM. The buffet is fantastic. The location is a short walk from Umeda Station. There are tons of restaurants in close proximity. I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay! "

"LOVED THIS hotel. Don’t be put off when 1st checking in that you have to go to 11th floor for reception. You cannot beat the location and love that you can take elevator all the way down to vibrant Namba metro station and that on ground level, sheesh every direction you walk is fun, particularly the riverwalk. Breakfast was by far our favorite among other Japan hotels of similar and even higher prices. Rooms super clean and the beds and Duvets simply awesome. My wife is forcing me to buy her Japanese pajamas like the ones they provided. Comfy! Only complaint would be the restaurant on 2nd floor, a high end buffet but the wagyu/beef served was neither tender nor hot nor even flavorful. Harsh criticism yes but sorry I get that cream of the crop wagyu would be impossible at a buffet, it shouldn’t be sinewy and rubbery. Staff throughout restaurant a delight but they gotta address the beef (and tuna, which also left us needing floss). Really there are so many affordable dining options everywhere so shame on us for thinking this show splurge was a good idea. Everything else was just awesome!"
