"Ultimate relaxation environment! Staff extremely helpful even with language barrier the desk clerks went above and beyond to help us with travel arrangements, taxis, food delivery, and more. The breakfast was incredible with the servers and chefs kindly providing an ultimate Japanese experience. Everyone showed us kindness and genuine hospitality all the way to housekeeping and management. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs an amazing getaway. Top notch! The in room onsen was serene. The general onsen gorgeous with beautiful waterfalls. Only topped by the genuine concern for our wellbeing 🙏"

"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great very near at the Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and we’ll definitely stay again if we come back in katsuta."

"Room bigger than I expected, newer/cleaner than other business hotels. Housekeeping was also great. I put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign and they left supplies/toiletries on the door. Thanks for that nice touch!"
