This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough. Right by Nagoya station, clean and nice.

Vessel was one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in this price class. Everything was so clean and well organized and staff were all exceedingly welcoming and helpful. I will certainly stay there again.

Closed by train station n a lot of eateries nearby. Quiet and clean

This is my second time staying at this hotel. We left our phone at the reception when we checked out. We didn’t know until the receptionist run after us and brought our phone. It had been more than 5 min after we left the hotel. She must have been looking for us quite a while in 95 Celsius hot weather. The hotel rooms might be a little small, but the convenience and the friendliness of the staffs balanced it out. I’m happy of how they went above and beyond to helping whenever you ask for something. Regardless if they have it or not, they will try to find a way to get a solution. Will definitely come back again.

Nothing but good things to say about this property, staff were on point. Moment I entered they took my passport asked permission to make a photo copy and my key was given to me right away. They explained to me the procedure and what all the basic functions are. I stayed 1 night and if I were to choose multiple nights I’d stay as well as I have had no issues. Currently I am facing an issue right now at an apartment booking and I am really upset about it. But alas that’s just me venting.
