"Wow, we just finished an unbelievable stay at this wonderful brand new hotel. The building and accommodations were stunningly beautiful. Artistic grandeur at every turn. Wonderful views of Nagoya Castle and their own private Japanese garden. An extraordinary swimming pool, onsen, and sauna with full cedar logs. What was even more impressive was the generous and dedicated staff. They pampered us, treated us exceptionally at every opportunity. They all made us feel like special guests. ...

"We wanted a bigger room but is not available during my trip. Room is small but is well organised and clean. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Nagoya train station is near to the hotel and lots of shops and eateries around. Will book again this hotel next trip. "
