Staff were friendly, smiley and helpful. The hotel is very pretty and normally would be a wonderful stay but the shower ceiling had a massive mould stain, the pool beds were so dirty you didn’t want to sit down even in a towel and the chairs outside our room were equally filthy. Clearly needs some attention, shame it was such a let down.
