"Breakfast buffet was nice, particularly before 9 a.m. The only issue we had were the constant piles of laundry bags in the halls and no room cleaning while we were out all day. The staff were wonderful."

"It was a brief stay due to the cyclone cancellations. The staff have been extremely accomodating allowing a travelling family to meet us and have breakfast then leave all our suitcases after checkout while we enjoyed some of what Denerau has to offer before moving on to our next accomadation. Thankyou The palms. We really do appreciate your hospitality. "

"Check in was super easy. Room was very clean. Aircon didn’t work super well (was still quite warm). Staff were fantastic nothing we asked for was too hard. "

"Check in was long. It took some time for staff to figure out if a room was free when we arrived around 7 am. Receptionist seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. Multiple calls to someone and eventually told a room would be ready in 45 minutes. Of course it wasnt. More like 90 minutes but not after more phone calls back and forth with front desk staff lookong puzzled. Next time i will try the Gateway hotel."

"Such an amazing experience I will definitely be back one day and I would not stay anywhere else the staff were like family my children loved the activities the food was amazing and the vibes were breathtaking. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"Resort is in dire need of renovation, with multiple issues/appliances falling apart etc. The kids don't care though, still loved it. Staff lovely and helpful, but overwhelmed and desperately understaffed by the looks. If price is ok and you have young children, its still a good stay, but would strongly recommend staying away if childless/older children in favour of other options until they sort themselves out."
