自然のなかでぼーっとする

昨年11月に続いて2度目の宿泊でしたが、スタッフの何人かは私たち家族をよく覚えていてくれて驚きました。自然の濃い環境なので、生物との接近遭遇に耐えられない方には向かないかも。でも、すべて十分ですし、朝食つきでこのお値段はなかなかないと思います。そうそう、簡素なジムにも１基ですがパワーラックがあって、ちゃんとトレーニングできます。本当になにもせず、リーフエッジの波頭を眺めてぼーっとしたい、みたいな方には最適かと思います。朝日夕日月星空の美しさは筆舌に尽くしがたいモノですし、必要な方にはキンキンに冷えたフィジービターもばっちり👍

We stayed here for 3 nights. There is very nice beach in front of hotel and breakfast was really good. Location is bit far from airport.but when you take a taxi,it’s very easy to get there. I have a good time to stay in highdaway resort. Thank you.

Second visit, staff continue to be extremely friendly and helpful. Easy reach of the beach and the pool was great for an early morning lap swim. Excellent snorkelling spot 😊. Saw two black tipped reef sharks. Good food, great curries from the chef Vikram Singh.

It is a lovely resort on the coral coast. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Our room was large, but the furniture and fixtures were somewhat worn. It really didn't matter in such a beautiful location!

Staff were helpful, kind, welcoming & fun. Room was very adequate. Pool was nearly empty but still fun for the kids and the loved the water slide. Food- so good! Great butter chicken curry! Very reasonable prices for menu. Buffet breakfast- adequate. Snorkelling in high tide- the best! Happy hour an quizes ever night were great fun. Viewz were beautiful

Normally we don't do reviews but we felt for the Fiji Hideaway, it was necessary. First, the staff were amazing, we loved them all! And our beachfront bure was lovely, but definitely needed some maintenance on all the faucets in the bathroom but overall fine. However, the pool was appalling, dark and murky, and their filter system was obviously not working. They were adding chlorine type products every night but it didn't make a difference which was worrisome as there were numerous young children using the pool daily. The shower didn't work by the pool and neither did most of the sun umbrellas. In the public areas, the canvas overhanging the Indian restaurant area was filthy and in the main bathrooms by reception, the light fixtures were full of dead bugs. All of these issues could be fixed with a good cleaning. Breakfast was included and quite good but there was no variation, we were there for a week and there was always only scrambled eggs and strawberry yoghurt ever single day. Having said this, the grounds were lovely and well maintained. And they have cats! If it weren't for the great staff and the cats, they would have gotten a 2.5 rating.

The highlight of our stay was the location. It was great. Right next to the sea shore and spacious room for a family. Excellent value for money. It was quiet as well which we loved. We loved our stay there and would definitely visit again.

Nice rooms, spacious and clean, serviced. Air con great. Gardens lovely. Breakfast had a good range - hot food, cold food , fruits, breads, pasties, muffins. Surf spot was fun! Free intro scuba lesson in pool was awesome for my kids. Activities fun. Front reception Staff/woman could be friendly and not so grouchy. Bar staff woman was sad looking. Some staff for first arrival are cranky like, people are on holiday, was disappointing. Men singing and playing songs were great. The cultural show was great, lovely bonus.

Female staff were great , Charles is great guy also, Dan told us to come back at 11 for fishing and he had booked the captain and than we went back at 11 and he said the captains day off , so un professional, the view of the beach and reef is amazing from the villas , the chef made pouched eggs and they were so bad i didnt eat them , the entrees were ridiculously tiny ,, food is average overall, some good meals , the drivers on the road are rude and drive up your bum,, very disrespectful, overall probably 6.5 out of ten,, would have scored higher if the food was better and bigger portions and the pool doesnt look inviting for swimming, although i enjoyed the reef next time i will be staying at the warick on the coral coast
