「This place is false advertising online. When we arrived to our room, there was a HORRIBLE smell. Bugs flying all over the room. Roaches and spiders crawling in the room. Dead bugs were smashed on the walls and no one cleaned it. I booked a Luxury Double room but was given a deluxe room with one bed. They tried to upgrade rooms but still the same issues. 「We absolutely loved our stay at KK Sapa Hotel! Our room was incredible, featuring a stunning, unobstructed mountain view that made waking up every single morning a treat. The service here is next level. The breakfast buffet has a huge, delicious variety with plenty of options to choose from. We even...

「Rommet var ok og kjøleskapet vårt fungerte ikke, men fin beliggenhet på hotellet og veldig hyggelig personale. Det viste seg at frokost var inkludert!」

「I had a great experience during my trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the local food nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. If you are planning a trip, I suggest booking in advance and spending some time exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would be happy to come back again.」

「Love it!!!! Staff very helpful , room is clean.」

「We were upgraded to a suite in exchange for a 5-star review. Pros: The suite was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The view was spectacular. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect. Cons: The hotel is very noisy. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow—practically unusable. The game room was run-down. The pool was fake—just for show.」
