Conveniently located near Sapa Station about a minute walk away. Is also nearby to lots of shops and eateries. Has a cozy lounge/dinning reception area. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Selena, she helps with arranging our day trip and kept checking in on my family. It makes our stay warm and pleasant.

Great Hotel in Sapa

Family Stay in Sap City Centre Hotel

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is right in the middle of the town, with restaurants, groceries, souvenir shops, atm machine and famous attractions just a short walk away. The breakfast was delightful with beautiful view of the town. The room is huge with complete amenities and a balcony that is perfect at night. My only concern is the air conditioning was not working or not getting cool enough for the big room we have. We had to request for a stand fan as my kid was already shirtless in the room due to discomfort. But overall we had a great time in Sapa City Centre Hotel thanks to the lovely staff who are always attentive and smiling.

Fantastic Hotel

This hotel was probably the best one yet. The rooms are all clean and fresh, fantastic beds and great shower. The bar is great and the food is top class. The lady called Dua on reception and the man were fantastic, they went above and beyond and made the stay even better. Top marks. Recommended to all x

The we got the family room and it was so comfortable. The air conditioning worked great and the beds were soft, unlike a lot of beds we have stayed at in Vietnam! It was much needed after the home stay we stayed at the past two nights. The area is very walkable too.
