A dream cottage if you want to enjoy spectacular sunsets and serene ocean water views including Fisher's Island, Spicer's Marina, Groton Long Point shoreline, Mouse Island, and Esker Point Beach (where there is a park, volleyball, seasonal concerts). Charming neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.
