To start off our check in was at 3:00pm. I got a text at 3:06 starting our room was ready. I arrived at Thomas Vacation Rentals at 3:18 and was notified that our room wasn't ready and it was a mistake that the text was sent to me. I was told that I would be notified once again by text when our room was ready. I never received a message. I called several times wanting to speak to a manager and was told a manager would call me back which never happened. I then went back down to Thomas Vacation Rentals at 5:30 and finally our room was ready. The annoying part about that is I was never notified. Once we arrived my wife notified that there was sand all over the floors, night lights were unplugged and thrown in the floor plus there was dog hair everywhere. I rented this place because it was NOT a pet friendly place. My daughter is allergic and she ended up sneezing all week, itchy watery eyes and broke into hives. Also, the tv in the master bedroom did not work all week. It would turn in but the remote would not allow me to navigate any channels or stream. I bought new batteries for the Roku remote and it still did nothing. I tried other remotes in the condo and they didn't work in our room either. For the price I paid and the horrible check in procedure I would not recommend this place or Thomas. I never received a call from one manager all week.

Beach bacation

The location and space of the condo work great for us. However. The balcony floor had something sticky on it and was not clean. The garbage disposal was broke. The refrigerator was very awkward to get food in and out of. The stove was really slow to warm up. We packed steaks to grill, but didn’t find out until we were ready to grill the the gas grill weren’t available for the people renting only charcoal grills were available.

Great week in North Myrtle Beach

We chose this condo mainly for the outdoor furniture on the balcony. Honestly! We knew that we would be spending a couple of early morning hours, happy hour and late night evenings on the balcony so wanted to have a comfortable experience there. We were not disappointed! Balcony is overlooking the beach with great furniture for 4 people. The condo itself is a little dated and has a 2 door fridge in a very unaccessible space for such an appliance. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 4 people could be very comfortable in this condo, 6 adults would be a tight squeeze as there is a small bedroom with no cupboard. 2 bathrooms is always a plus. The cleanliness could have been better- a hair or two in the shower, some thick caked dust on the ledge of the bathroom counters and dirty fridge drawers. What bothered me the most was a curtain rod in the corner of the bedroom and rolled up carpet runners and scrunched up under padding on the balcony. I didn’t feel that there had been a refreshing clean prior to our arrival. Upon our arrival and a quick tidy up to my standards, the rest of the week was awesome. This building had an indoor pool and hot tub. There were however, outdoor lounge chairs. Some other buildings had outdoor pools. This did not affect us as we are beach people. Despite what was bothersome, we would definitely go back. We lacked nothing, the location was fabulous and for a first trip to North Myrtle Beach, we were enthralled!

Magical Balcony!

This place was amazing. The balcony is where the magic happens. Make you a drink and just sit in amazement with the views. Sunsets, sunrises, we were even fortunate enough to have a full moon evening. The rooms were clean and very private. Everything was in working condition as well. The place was easily accessible and the wait for the elevator was very short. Also what makes this place even better is the fact that they have a mat to walk along straight to the beach from the main building, helps with carts and carrying items. Overall my stay here was superb, I will def book here in the future!

North Myrtle on the beach

Had most everything we were looking for. Wanted to be in North Myrtle over the beach with a balcony. Had all utensils, pans, coffee maker, towels, friendly neighbors and easy parking. Appliances were difficult but comical (refrigerator doesn’t completely open, washer/dryer/dishwasher very LOUD.) if you’re looking for an outside pool or a quiet sleep (paper thin walls and windows) this place probably isn’t for you though. But we definitely enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Nice but small condo - older building, but well kept

Stay was good. Proximity to beach is great. Clothes washer was broken and never got fixed/replaced. Prior client commented about the same thing in their feedback. Management was great in helping us get our laundry done, but still unfortunate that we were moved into a unit with a known problem. Master bed is NOT a real King, just two twins in a frame. Not comfortable for someone over 6' tall.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo, great amenities, pool , hot tub and pool. Bed was advertised as king, but was two separate twins pushed together. Not very comfortable. Other two beds were fine. Wasing machine was broken , we called for repair, but it was still not fixed by the time we left.

The Office was less than friendly

Thomas Vacation Rentals was not friendly upon check in. I was informed to go to the wrong location for check in via a phone conversation with a customer service rep. Then the office personnel wanted to argue over whether I received an email from them stating where to arrive after I have informed her I did not receive it and showed her ALL of the emails I had received to date. Then Mysteriously the email in question arrived in my inbox that night after check in. I felt they did that just to cover their mistake.
